Hey guys, i am new to mac collecting and just got a macintosh plus. It makes a very loud buzzing sound, you can see it on the linked video. Is it safe to power on? It also takes several turns from the minimum brightness to get an image on the screen, is that normal? I'm at about half way on the brightness dial until the screen shows something. It also flickers while adjusting brightness. See on the video Do i need to open the machine and buy a capacitor kit online change the capacitors? How can i get and boot an Os on it? Can i use one of those scsi to sd or Bluescsi adapters? I have never used a floppy because of my age, but as i understand this mac uses a 800k floppy which is harder to find and write. So if i want to boot an os through a floppy drive i probably have to buy some from ebay?
