MacJournal from iMac G3 to new iMac

Anyone got any tips on how to move our MacJournal from our iMac G3 Indigo hard drive to our new iMac? If we just move the app, it's not moving the previous Journal entries. What else must we move to the new iMac and from where do we move them AND to where do we move them to ensure they travel over?

I just copy the /Users/username/Library/Application Support/MacJournal folder to the new computer in the same place, where username is replaced with your username.
