Mackbook 13'' late 2009 - DEAD/NOT on but Charging LIGHT on!

I have a MCB 2009 it is dead but when PLUG the charger you can see the light YELLOW (i.e the magsafe show YELLOW light)!! I tried to remove the PCB and short pin 5 + 29 checking if the FLEX is fine still NOT on.:mad:

Do you have any other suggestion !! Am sending two Pictures of the PCB please guide which parts i need to check !!
