Mackbook Pro Won't Sleep

This started happening yesterday. When I clam shell to put it to sleep, it wakes its self up after 10 or so seconds, also when I put it in sleep from the menu, it also wakes up after 10 or so seconds. I reset the Pram but that didn't help.

If I let it fall asleep with the screen open, then it falls asleep and stays asleep.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

hmmm, i would advise calling apple and seeing what they have to say. especially since you reset ur pram and it still didn't help.

Finally fixed this problem, just incase it happens to someone else.

I reset the SMC controls. (unplug, take out battery, and then hold power button for 5 seconds, and reboot.)

This is happening again, however this time I reset the SMC and the PRAm, and its still doing it. Anybody?
