Mackbook turnon issue

this is not happening for everyone, just you. so you'd probably accomplish more by telling us more about what's happening, and perhaps the community here can help...
I had upgraded to ventura and my mackbook battery was draining automatically even after shutdown.Apole support is not able to help and asked me to viait ASC. Its just 14 month old machine .I suapect mac os upgrade might hv caused issue.I will update once hear from ASC
what is ASC?? and how is it that apple support can't help? call them again, get a better person on the phone if needed...
Our Apple expert has diagnosed your device and found the following problem(s)
1.Issue Observed by technician: Not powering ON. 2.Screening Report: There is no liquid log found. Usage Marks,Scratches on Device. 3.Test Result of Apple: Apple diagnostic test to pass. 4.Diagnosis Report: Checked MacBook found Not powering ON issue. checked with good known power adaptor, re-fixed connections, PRAM and SMC done but still issue has persisted. Needs to be replaced logic board with touch id. After replacing the part if any other issues found then we will let you know the cost of faulty parts. 5.Action Taken: Estimate shared with the customer.

This is how now days apple is manufacturing low quality device.They dnt have chip level repair center in India
As far as I know, they don't repair to chip level anywhere, board swap is the norm.
You say the machine is only 14 months old. If that's true it should still be under AppleCare and hardware fault like this should be covered 100%.
