MacMail Mailboxes not downloading onto Iphone

I have much of my incoming mail directed to mailboxes (using rules) on my Air (10.6.8) where it all works fine.

However, mail that is directed to mailboxes does not download onto my Iphone. The only mail that comes is that which stays in the inbox. Unfortunately, the important emails go to mailboxes, so I'd like to get them on my phone 4 (OS 6.0.1) and Ipad (4).

Any help would be appreciated!
