MacMall Question

I saw this listing for a new Macbook pro on MacMall for $949. It says it comes with 4gb of RAM, but the apple store only offers retina macbook pros with 8gb of RAM or higher, so is this legit?

I've heard Macmall is legit on other threads here, but I'm asking if this specific listing is legit, when Apple themselves dont evens seem to offer this product, or is it a typo? Or am i misinterpreting something

Note that the Mac advertised is a 2013 model, almost two years old. It may be a used or refurbished model (the site mentions that it is an authorized Apple reseller). Anyway, here is a link to Apple's spec page: https://support.apple.com/kb/SP691?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

Thank you very much! Seems I had mistakenly assumed retina = latest model
