MacMall sucks! They ripped me off for a Nano I ordered for one of my staff as a Christmas present. If someone in their warehouse puts an item in their lunchbox, you will never get compensated. I phoned them within 5 minutes of discovering the item was missing. I also followed-up with an email, giving full details. I have contacted them 8 times now, and they say there is nothing they can do because there was no evidence of the package haven been opened during shipment. You can 'roll the dice' and hope for the best.
