I just ordered my first MBP yesterday (!!!!) from Macmall. A good friend of mine who has owned many a Macbook suggested that I do business there. I was really excited about all the rebates, and the price was lower than the Mac store.
However, after I ordered, I read some particularly negative reviews about Macmall, specifically with customer service. I ordered over the phone, and their representatives were nothing to write home about, but they got it done, and shipped my order that very day.
Anywho, I would like to hear about your Macmall experience, negative or positive. I'm just not so sure what to think yet...
