Macmeanoffer - never asked about memory, ssd size, or gpu

I am thinking of selling my MacBook Pro 16" and went to macmeanoffer.com. I put in the model which accounted for the CPU and pressed the go button and got an offer. But I was never asked about memory size, GPU, or drive size. I thought this might have been an error so I entered the serial number. I received the offer for the same amount. Will, I not get anything more for a unit with upgraded memory, GPU, and SSD?

You can contact them and ask. Usually, they don’t offer more as they have to still make money.

I sent them a message asking. I am just wondering if others have had this issue.
