Hi All,
Newbie question here, sorry if a dumb one...but i was dumb!
Without reading the warnings first, i updated my Late2014 mac mini to Tahoe using Open Core Legacy Patcher - which i'd used and loved before.
Anyway, USB ports and BLE no longer working (in the notes doh). Of course i didn't back up :(

I've since got a new mac mini, but can you guys advise how i can get my old files off the old one, particularly Logic Pro X tracks ?

thanks guys

Sounds like you haven’t run post install root patches.. or you selected wrong model identifier in OCLP app.

Target Disk Mode

Or remove disk, put in enclosure, and attach to new Mac. If disk encrypted, you will need the password or Recovery Key.

Edit: Depends whether your storage is removable.

thanks. Worse, i just bumbled ahead and installed latest OS without checking OCLP release notes, so entirely my fault. Needed a upgrade anyway so lesson learned. Will reformat old mac mini as a server or similar.

will try Target Disk mode, thanks
