MacMini-Sonoma 14.2.1 shows "ghost" mouse

Mac OS Extended (Journaled) ???
After awhile my mouse shows this:

Its a little green arrow in the upper-left and
under the arrow is my name (blocked out).

Anyone got any idea how to get rid of this?
