macnoob needs advice: MacHeist?

Hi everyone,

I am a new Mac user. I just found out about MacHeist, and this seems really amazing! Should I buy this? Even if I don't end up using any of those programs too often, this still seems like a too good of a deal to miss! (And if I do end up needing any of these programs down the line, I may choose to acquire them through nefarious methods, if I don't buy them now.) Are there any strings attached? This seems too good to be true.

EDIT: And most importantly, will any of these programs still work in Leopard?
