Does the new macOS update System Preference allow me to download an update, save it and update later?
In other words, can I download the update once and use it to update multiple Macs?

Thanks in Advance — GetRealBro

You sure can. You can download something called a combo update from Apples website. These updates contain all in-release updates, so a Mac running, say 10.13 can be updated to 10.13.6 with just one update.

The one for macOS Mojave 10.14.2 can be found here: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1987

You can always google for these combo updates, when Apple releases an update. Just make sure to only download from Apples website :)

I looked for a 10.14.2 "combo updater" this morning, but it doesn't seem to be posted yet.
Should become available before too much longer.
