I've been looking to see if anyone else has had the issue I presently have on my mid-2015 MacBook Pro after upgrading the OS to 11.3.1. The fans run constantly -- even with no real load on the system. After a fresh reboot, fans. No big apps running, fans. Sleep mode, fans... The body off the computer is actually cool to the touch so this isn't an issue of something heating up the computer. The fans are just ON and there's no kill switch.

Does anyone else have this issue and can suggest a fix?

Heard various stories of this happening, the only real way to be sure it is software related is downgrade and see if it stops or try macsfancontrol or similar to see if you can pinpoint what is happening.
