This is the first time I have had this happen.

I was watching a video on YouTube in Chrome when suddenly my WiFi was disabled and I had several screens (see attached) prompting me to enter a password so that some process could get access to my keychain.

I canceled out of all of them, noticed that the menu bar at the top was gone and the keyboard had gone non-responsive. I ended up shutting down by pressing the power button. On reboot everything looks OK so far, but I did have to go in and manually re-enable WiFi.

Any idea what just happened? Should I be concerned about malware?
