My Mac mini (M1) is behaving stranger than usual after upgrading to macOS 13.1. Something is wrong with the Settings app. Security and Privacy > Accessibility isn't working correctly. I keep getting weird beach balls for various applications. Google Chrome is not behaving normally. I reinstalled macOS 13.1, and it didn't fix the problems. I have Advanced System Protection enabled on it. Any solutions?
