I just updated to MacOS 13.3 and now the acceleration curves of both my built in trackpad, as well as my external Magic Trackpad 2 are completely ruined. This wasn’t the case in MacOS 13.2.1. I'm familiar with the wonky Mouse acceleration curve MacOS used to have a decade ago but this is actually worse than on MacOS Snow Leopard back in the days.
Cursor moves super slow and only if you move it very fast it will accelerate. Completely unworkable and it's already giving me wrist pain.

Anyone else having this issue?

You can try to remove property list file for trackpad settings, mentioned here:

On my MBP 2017, 12.5.1 have had somehow similar problem, but the culprit was tiny dried creme (or what) blemish. After some cleaning and booting into Safe Mode > plist removal > Restart the trackpad was ok.

Just quickly checked on MBA (2020, 2021 not mine) with 13.4 beta -- without complaints

Thanks. I did this. I removed the following plist files:

com.apple.AppleMultitouchMouse.plist
com.apple.driver.AppleBluetoothMultitouch.mouse.plist
com.apple.driver.AppleHIDMouse.plist
com.apple.AppleMultitouchTrackpad.plist
com.apple.driver.AppleBluetoothMultitouch.trackpad.plist

Still my Magic Trackpad 2 feels different then my built in Trackpad. When I move my fingers on the built in trackpad the cursor shoots a bit further than on the Magic Trackpad 2. Bluetooth or USB C makes no difference...
