Are you running Ventura 13.5? Some of these MacBooks come with Ventura and upgrade to Sonoma is not possible in the usual way.

Mine has Sonoma 14.1 installed.Are you running Ventura 13.5? These MacBooks come with Ventura and upgrade to Sonoma is not possible in the usual way.

Did you use your Apple ID? It's necessary to download beta's and you have to register in a website.

If I remember correctly, you need to apply IPSW using a 2nd machine – you can't directly install the update
It looks like the new M3s can't be upgraded OTA at all. Apple probably needs to turn on the model ID so the update server can send down the right package installer. I'm going to see if it's possible to restore the latest build via Apple Configurator.

That's my expectation as well. We're two weeks from the last build, so it should be today.
