I have an M4 Mac mini running MacOS 26.1. Ever since I have updated from OS 26 to OS 26.1 I canot print to my wireless Epson XP-2155 printer. It worked fine on MacOS 26

The Mac knows the printer is there and readily finds it if I remove the printer and add it again. If I run the printer utilities it can connect to the printer and show me the status of the ink. I can use the scanner functionality using the Epson Scanning software.
If I try to print anything, even a Print Test Page the job is added to the queue, but it just says 'Looking for printer'.

There is something blocking print jobs onto the network, or similar. Being a Mac newbie I can't find anything obvious that might be causing this.

Things I have tried.

  1. Reinstalled drivers
  2. Reset printer and added it to the network again
  3. Tested on a Windows machine, which worked fine

There does not seem to be too much on the web about this, so I am assuming this is a local problem to me and not an issue with the support of tis printer being deprecated.

Any help or guidance is appreciated. Thanks
