I knew macOS was better than Win 11, but I had no idea how much better it really was! I been having an absolute blast with my Mac Mini M2 (yes, there are some issues).
Applications are beautiful, intuitive (Keynotes, Pages, Numbers), and everything connects brilliantly with my iPhone. Safari is superior to every other browser I have ever used on PC, including the old Safari (2006-2008). It is such a joy to use a browser that is beautiful and intuitive; I don't have to dive into multiple setting menus to just to find what I am looking for.
There was no "learning period" after using Windows for nearly 2 decades. It felt natural after only about an hour of playing around. Now I question why Windows is so archaic by comparison?
My days feel faster as a result of owning a Mac Mini, and I don't feel bored like I did on Windows. I'll be listening to random podcasts, browsing different apps, and playing Apple Arcade games.....
Speaking of Apple Arcade, I never thought I would be playing games on macOS, but here we are! I been having fun with Wylde Flowers, Alba, The Oregon Trail, Fantasian, and a few others. I'm very selective when it comes to gaming, and very few games hold my attention for long.
*Issues with Mac Mini:
1. As others have pointed out, the WiFi on this machine is horrendous and disappointing. This is a major CON.
2. Beyond Blue (Game) has beach ball and freezes (never once reaching the menu screen). Not sure if this has to do with that game (Apple Arcade) or the Mac Mini M2. Other intensive GPU games have beach ball for only a few second. Still disappointing for a new Mac Mini.
3. Speaker volume could be louder...but it was a nice surprise nonetheless.
P.S beach ball looks nicer than white/grey hourglass
