macOS Big Sur 11.2.1 Release or 11.3 Public Beta?

I'm currently running macOS Big Sur 11.2 on an unsupported mid 2012 a1278 Macbook Pro thanks to Patched Sur, and I just made a time machine backup with my flash drive yesterday, but that was before both the full release 11.2.1 and the Beta (Both Public and Developer) 11.3 became available. Which should I upgrade to if I was going to? Or should I just stay on 11.2, like the old cliche goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"?
