Hello MRumors
I have a 2017 mbp 15 inch and it seems to sometimes randomly say "battery is not charging" when I plug it in/when it's plugged in. It seems to have started doing this sometime during macOS 11.1/11.2 or something, I am not certain.
It seems to resolve itself when I repeatedly plug the thunderbolt plug in and out of the macbook a few times, again, this seems totally random as it doesn't work right away, it just seems to start "charging" when it feels like.
Can someone help, what should I do? I thought 11.2.1 was supposed to fix these bugs
EDIT - the battery is pretty new because my macbooks "bottom" part was replaced, and that includes a new battery, in fact it was replaced because the last battery went from 85% capacity to ~65% within a day indicating a problem. Anyways.. the battery is pretty new just to throw that out there.
