macOS Build on 2018 MacBook Pros

Anyone who has received their new MacBookPro, can you confirm what version of macOS comes on the SSD? Is it 10.13.5 or 10.13.16 and what build version? TIA.

It’s 10.13.6 but definitely NOT the same build that is downloaded from the app store because right now many of us are stuck with bricked 2018 macs waiting for apple to get their downloads in order.

And the build available from the app store is 17G65 so I guess 2112 > 65, hence our bricked macs

That would explain it unfortunately, pretty shocking that haven't uploaded it for you guys with that issue now.

My build is 17G2208. I did a disk erase and reinstall though because I have the BridgeOS crashing error. But I guess this thread is now pretty old.

Internet recovery doesn't work? Option-Command-R, then open Disk Utility to erase SSD, then install original OS?

Got mine early August with 10.13.5 and I installed 10.13.6 on 5th Aug via App store - 17G2208

I have the supplemental update and so I'm at 17G2208
