Anyone see if macOS Catalina 10.15.6 runs better on a mac pro 2013 for video editing/rendering than macOS Mojave?

Seemed macOS Catalina did not use all dual graphic cards to render as macOS Mojave did. macOS Mojave seems to run better overall than macOS Catalina.

Anyone try?
