macOS falling behind ipadOS. why?

the GUI looks way nicer on the latest ipad pro. more responsive. bouncier. elastic. just feels better to use while macOS feels static and clunky. just not as intntuitive to interact with the trackpad/mouse. why.

Probably cause a bunch of macOS nerds would freak out.
