macOS high Sierra ! 10.13.5 lose AMD acceleration

2day I update my patched Mac3,1 to 10.13.5 now I the card is cripple sapphire RX560 , also my old 6870
any idea how to patch it back !!
cause the computer is useless ! very slow rendering ..
don't understand why Apple doing this .... leave the drivers !
