I have a Late 2011 MBP, 16 GB Ram and 500GB EVO Drive. I want to perform a clean install on the mbp..

Anyone have any issues or cons about macOS HS 10.13.4?

As always, some have issues, some don’t. There are already a good number of threads that will give you the answer.

There's a decent amount of issues with MacOS High Sierra. If you can I'd recommend making a bootable drive for Sierra as it's a lot more stable and bug free than High Sierra.

2010 mid MacBook Pro 16gb ram,HFS+ SSD-raid-0 Evo, no issues and buttery smooth with High Sierra 10.13.4. Good luck.
