macOS Sierra speaker balance issues!

I've noticed ever since updating the system assigns the speaker balance to the left and I have to manually re-adjust. Every time I restart the system, it does it again! This has become a frustrating issue for me. Has anyone experienced this? and is there anything to be done about it? Thanks.

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
