dos any one have a issue with copying and pasting a image

and posting it on disqus? in macOS Sonoma or safari 17 the issue I have is when ever I copy and past some in to the comments I have to post my comment 1st then hit replay then post my image I never had this issue with Mac OS Ventura only happen in macOS Sonoma and or using Safari 17 not a issue in safari 16
