Can someone confirm if the Messages bug where contact names are not shown sometimes (and instead a person's phone number is shown) is fixed?

Did they improve the atrocious BlueTooth performance with more than three devices causing stuttering audio on AirPods?

--> just tested the RC. It is improved. AirPod worked with Magic Keyboard, TrackPad, and Mouse. Adding a PS5 controller made is crap out. Connecting the trackpad via Lightning cable fixed it. It looks like they can handle a max of four devices overall. Better than before, but still "not great."

Does anyone know if the RC fixed the weird memory leak with WindowServer when using an external monitor? It'd go from a normal amount to something insane like 33gb of RAM over the course of a day :(

Unfortunately, this seems to be a long-time issue that I am not sure if Apple can fix until they rewrite it. I think the only workaround is to restart your system with "Reopen windows when logging back in" turned off.
