MacOSX HotKey disabled, when other app is active

I have a problem with Pro Tools and OSX hotkeys.
In ProTools, the record button is CMD+SPACE like spotlight.
Can i solve the problem with some app, which disable the spotlight hotkey when ProTools is active?

( - i don't want to change in Pro Tools HK: the whole word use this, and when i go to another studio im just going mad:)
- i don't want to change spotlight HK: i'm realy like it)
