Macpro 1.1 (2007) repair or iMac 27" i7 HD6970M new

Hi guys.
I have a macpro 1.1 (2006) with any problems memory RAM board, I change the memory but the problems continue.. I have restarts in my macpro and Im thinking... or repair or buy a new iMac i7 3Ghz HD6970. Now I work with phothosop and dreamweaver. Some times I use wow..
My question is: I repair the Macpro or I buy the new machine?

I need I need advice.

I'd look into what a repair would cost, I would think that replacing the ram modules would not be an extremely high cost, but I don't know.
