MacPro (2008) and DVI to Video Adapter

Hello All.

I have a tad simple question today regarding connecting my MacPro 8800 (2008) and DVI to Video Adapter to TV. (by using regular Video cable, not S-video)
Here comes the question (and problem)
I did connect adapter as directed, but I see nothing on TV. and the System preference does not detect TV. (at the mean time, my original display is detected fine)

Do you have any idea?

P.S Oh, and I DID ask apple guy if I can use this for my MacPro (early2008) with 8800. He said yes.....
