MacPro 2010 12x2.66..will not start up. Power light goes on, fans start, then the power light blinks consistently at around 2 per second. No boot up. This apparently means it cannot load up enough RAM to start up, so I've tested every stick (8x8GB) in different combinations of 2 but still get the same error. (Removed all possible peripherals also). Also gives the same error when I try to start up with no RAM. I also tried with 2 known good sticks.
Does anyone have experience with this problem? I'm concerned that it's a larger problem and the old beast is dying.
