Macpro 2013-2014 cant take tunes and put card

I HAVE A MAC PRO STILL WITH SIDE CD LOADER < MY PROBLEM IS AFTER MANY PURCHASED ITUNES AND CDS I PURCHADE A NEW CAR JEEP AND NEW CARDS DONT HAVE CDS IN THIM> IM SUPPOSE TO DOWN LOAD TO A 16 SD CARD > MY PROBLEM IS I CANT IT READS ITS BUT AS FAR AS THAT I CANT GO ANY FUTHER WAITED 1 YEAR AND HALF TO DO> NOT ON PHONE , IPAD , ETC>
Just want to Liston in my car. Not a computer person.
Please some one help me and walk me through everything
