MP 1,1-5,1 MacPro 3,1 booting only with out Bios Battery

MacPro 3,1 booting only with out bios battery ,also front USB port also not working ,when insert the battery not power on
only the power on light ,no chime tried with Nvram reset ,try with minimum 2GB ram .After installing new Logic board its
happened ,old logic board has issues fan running full speed and some times not working ,there was any relation between
bios battery and front USB .Catalina Patcher was working fine with 3,1 mac with out Front USB not working.

Dump the firmware and let it check with my tool.
