MacPro 5,1 white screen, help needed

Today after I have restarted my MP it doesn't boot anymore.

I ger chime, but screen is white and nothing happens.

Tried reseting PRAM, SMC, but it doesn't help.

Can't even get apple logo or boot menu when holding alt.

I have tried replacing RAM and VGA but same thing.

What to do now?

Could be a hard disk failure, can you hear the hard disk start up?
Have you got another hard disk to try?
