MacPro Hardware RAID for Bootcamp Windows?

Hi ,

does anyone knows if it is possible to put a s-ata hardware-controller into the macpro and use it to boot windows from it ?
i just want a raid for windows and with a dedicated controller and 2 harddisks connected to that it should be possible to boot windows from that controller , or not?
