Please help- have searched all over the Internet but cannot find info on this specific problem.
I have MacPro OSX 10.4.10
It will not see my Motorola RAZR v3m from Sprint. (I've seen posts about Verizon and Cingular RAZRs, but not Sprint.)
Bluetooth on the MAC is definitely enabled (using wireless mouse and keyboard.) I set the phone to discoverable and then have the Mac search for the new phone (have also tried searching for any type of new device) and it does not find anything. I know the BT on the Mac works as it sees my Treo 700p and I can synch with Palm Desktop and Active Synch via BT just fine.
If I plug the USB data cable into the RAZR and then into the Mac, the phone then shows Data Cable Connected, but again, the Mac shows nothing.
I want to do this to use iSynch for the phone.
Can anyone help?
P.S. - I have run the RAZR software update on the phne itself, so it is the latest, but still nothing.
