Macpro2.66 + 2nd Drive for bootcamp/XP

MacPro 2.66ghz Quad (3gb ram, x1900xt) + Drive Bay1 = 500gb OSX, Drive Bay 2 = 500gb XP

im looking to add a second (750GB HDD http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136131 )

Currently my macpro has 2 drives in bay 1 and 2
im looking to add a 750gb to format to NTFS for XP storage have there been any issues with having a 2nd drive for Bootcamp/XP at all?
anything i have to do with jumper settings or OS settings?
