No, but at the bottom of the page you can choose which site version you would like to use.

+1 for Tapatalk. I use it to post on all the time. If you post on more than one forum, Tapatalk is the way to go.

From that thread not too long ago:

We are fleshing out a MacRumors app now. It is still prob many months off, esp since one of our developers had an accident and is out of commission for a while. But I wanted to let you know that a MacRumors App is in consideration, and the goal is to make it a great experience... but that will take time.

For me the new mobile version does most of what I need.

This afternoon I would have said you can't quote someone from the mobile site, however, I just found the quote button on the opposite side of reply.
