Arn is the original God and is the owner of the site. He has "hired" other Gods, they are site Administrators. Then we have our friendly Moderators, who are volunteers.

The "MacRumors Bot" forum user is entirely automated. MacRumors editors posts news stories using the self-developed MacRumors content management system, which automatically generates the posts by user "MacRumors" and the RSS feed.

I had a thread on this and and found the answers to be arbitrary... After researching I found that Arn or Arnold Kim is the only "god" here, or at least I thought.

Eveyone listed under "Forum Administrators" in the Forum Leaders list has "god powers", no matter what their user title is.

Technically it means that they can do what moderators do plus they can change vBulletin forum settings (e.g., opening or closing an entire forum) and user settings (e.g., changing a user's title from "macrumors Demi-God" to "Contributor" if the user has requested it).

Administratively, it means they have a major role in running MacRumors... or that they own it!

All administrators were selected/invited/appointed by arn.
