Just ran across this article. A site Cyberwyre can estimate the value of a web site. They listed MacRumors as a net worth of over $2 Million. Good job Arn!

They're valuing sites based on hits/ratings and ad revenue.

I don't know your business, but if it's just a site selling your services then it won't be valued very highly by this system. No matter how much your business away from the internet is worth.

Exactly. Their rating is only rating the worth of the website itself as a means of generating revenue. MacRumours doesn't offer anything tangible, and yet it's safe to assume Arn makes a bit of $$$$
