Kidding aside, I would like to hear how other MR claims were processed.
My printer claim says it's "still in process". That's at least better than what my other one says, the one for the 180 dollars back on my ipod.

A rejection letter was sent on 08/02/2006, your claim was rejected for the following reason(s):
The sales receipt/invoice submitted is not complete it must include a purchase price.

What??! What's really funny is that the "sales receipt/invoice" is the same for both the printer (no problems as of yet) and the ipod.

What's going on? When I get my letter, I'm going to call Apple and see what's going on..
