Yes and no. If you need to sync your contacts, calander, etc. Then yes, a free isync add-on is available (http://www.pocketmac.net/products/pmblackberry/index.html)
However, If you need to add applications to your blackberry, either do it on a friend's pc, or use boot-camp and install windows on your mac
