My Brother would like to buy a MacBook Pro from Best Buy on Saturday. If he buys it from Best Buy, will he get Snow Leopard thrown in for free since I doubt the machines will have it pre-installed.

No, I believe you'd be looking at the Up-To-Date option, it's done online at http://www.apple.com/macosx/uptodate/ it'll cost you $10.
Yes. Snow Leopard will be released Friday. If he asks Best Buy when buying, they should give him a free copy of Snow Leopard with a disk and then he would have to install it himself.
Yes. If Snow Leopard is released Friday, why would they charge you in Saturday. It would be the same thing, just not pre-installed because they have no time.
