Mac's "Mail' won't send webpages or am I wrong?

I have a band and we send out a newsletter to our fans. I have recently switched to MAC and love it. Greatest computers ever. However I am stumped on how to send webpages. Both "Mail" and "Entourage" don't seem to have the option.

I usually create my newsletter (html page) then upload it. Previsouly it was simple using Outlook express to send the webpage. It worked great. Just type inthe url and boom!

Any suggestions!

Unfortunately this is one area where I think outlook out performs mail. I know that while mail can recieve html mail it cannot send it, so I would assume that it can't send a webpage either.
