macSierra crashing everyday

Hi,

After updating to macSierra, I notice that my Macbook would crash on wake up. Instead of waking up, it will reboot the computer.

I also notice it tends to happen when it's connected to an external monitor via HDMI cable.

Any suggestions and fixes for this? Because this is happening everyday.
