MacSpeech Dictate not compatible with Snow Leopard ?

They are a pretty well advertised product, which would seem to indicate they have resources. I would bet an update is forthcoming.

This software is appalling and the customer service is atrocious. I have been using it for several weeks now expecting to have it working properly by the time my uni course starts next week but it doesn't look like happening. It frequently freezes and following the tardy advice from customer service has no effect. It's all very disappointing and a waste of money.
